About Patchwork Fabrics
 
All patchwork fabrics are 100% cotton with a nominal width of 106-114cm (42"-44") unless stated otherwise.
 
We do our very best to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in our images but due to various factors e.g monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software etc. it is almost impossible to represent plain colours exactly. Use the images only as a guide.
 
If you place a order for multiple items the fabric will be sent as a single piece.
 
One fat quarter is 50cm length of fabric taken from the bolt which is then cut in half.
 
Each fat quarter measures 50cm x 55cm including the selvage.
 
A Long Quarter is 25cm length cut from the bolt and we only cut a long quarter if required.
 
Washing Patchwork fabrics
 
Fabrics should be washed in tepid water (<30 degree) with phosphate free detergent, low spin cycle.
 
Completed quilts made from light and dark fabrics should only be washed in cold water.
