When you place an order, we will inform you which delivery services are available. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
 
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some off-shore islands and remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some or all of these services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. If you have any queries please call Customer Service on 01458 730307
 
All items are subject to stock availability. If we cannot supply goods within our specified time-scale we will continue to deliver and inform you of any delay. In requesting delivery of a product, you will be agreeing that the delivery company has the right to go onto the property and, if no one is available to receive delivery, to leave the goods in any unlocked location at the delivery address. They will endeavour to ensure that any such location is dry and out of general sight.

How do I return my order?
 
Simply:
• Repack the goods in their original packaging to our Returns Department; remember to enclose the completed returns form or a note on the original invoice.
• Do all this within 14 days of receiving your order and please ensure goods are returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging with all labels attached.

We recommend that all returned items are sent using a carrier who can supply a 'proof of posting' certificate. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Returns Department.
 
Please note we don't offer a free returns service.
 
Please return your items to us within 7 days of receiving them. If you are out with the 7 days please get in touch with Customer Service to see if we can find a resolution.
 
Returns are typically processed within 3 days of us receiving the goods back.
 
Please allow up to a week for refunds to show on your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.
 
Refunds are always made back to the original form of payment.
 
Exchanges are typically processed and despatched within 48 hours of us receiving the goods back. Please note we are only able to exchange items where a different size of the same item is requested. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and return the original item to us for a refund.
 
If we don't have the stock available we'll refund you and send you an email to let you know.
 
If we accidentally send you the wrong item we'll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible. Just get in touch with our Customer Service team and let us know.
 
If the item your received is faulty please get in touch with Customer Service to resolve the problem.
 
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of tailor-made / customised products). Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number, either by post or email via customers@time4outdoors.com. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
 
Certain products may have a different returns policy, which is normally (although not always) stated within the product description.
 
Base layers are classed as undergarments and for hygiene reasons are non-returnable unless faulty.
