Our Returns Policy
We endeavour to make sure the products you order arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting from the day after delivery. This is known as the '7 Day Cooling Off Period'. You must notify us by Email of your intention to cancel. After notification we will Email you a Returns Form that must be returned with the goods you are returning. Products may not be accepted unless a Return Form has been issued by day2dayshop.com and returned with the goods. Items for return must be sent back to us within 28 days. In cases where you wish to cancel your purchase within the 7 day period and no error on our part has taken place, you will not be refunded any additional costs that you may incur.
Return Procedures
a) How to return a product
To return a product, please contact our Returns Centre by Emailing: customercare@day2dayshop.com quoting your Order Number and the product(s) that you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then Email you a Returns Form which should be printed off and placed in with the items for return. We may not accept returned products without a Returns Form.
Incorrectly ordered or incorrectly supplied items must be returned to us unopened, unused and in original condition including original packaging and all accessories including any gift vouchers, free gifts etc. All items must be returned in good condition. Faulty products will replaced upon receipt of the faulty item unless authorized by us.
b) How and when refunds are processed
Refunds are processed within 30 days of order cancellation. A refund will only be given in the same form of payment originally used to make your purchase.
c) How refunds are calculated
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns Centre to check for completeness and correct product return. |
