match our physical inventory. In these cases we will gladly issue you a

Pre-Orders and Advanced Solicitations
If an item does not ship
within 30 days of its scheduled release date buyers will be eligible to
receive a full refund with no penalty.

item's description are tentative dates that are the most current at the
time of the listing. If you have any questions about a ship date
please contact us before you make a purchase.
If you should cancel a reservation of an item before it ships a 15% restocking fee of the total purchase will be assessed.
Payment Policy
Buyer is to pay ALL
SHIPPING COSTS! These costs are calculated by eBay based on weight,
package dimensions, and distance from our location. We do not set
shipping prices and we, like you, wish they were cheaper. We do our very
best to ensure you are getting the best value possible with competitive
prices on items.
When sending payment for
your item(s) via standard mail, please be sure to include item numbers,
your name, and shipping address to avoid confusion.
We only accept payment in the form of PayPal and US credit card via e-mail, phone, or fax. It cannot be processed online.
We do NOT accept International Credit Cards!
When paying by Credit Card we will ship only to your confirmed billing address.
Items that are not paid for within 3 business days of the sale will no longer be available to you and we will notify eBay that a non-paying bidder closed the item. If you do not intend on paying within 3 days, please do not buy or make an offer.
If you do not pay immediately after making your purchase your
item may still be sold to another buyer in our store front. In this case
you will be refunded your payment or given the option for a

Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling charges are to be paid by the customer unless a 'free shipping' option is available for the item.
Combined shipping
discounts are available. Most similar size and weight items are
eligible for at least a 50% discount on shipping.
Each additional card is $0.25 S&H up to (12) cards. After
that it is a flat $5.90 (domestic) or $18.00 (international) for your
entire card order.
Each addition standard-sized miniature is $0.50 up to (5)
minis. After that it is a flat $5.90 (domestic) for your entire
standard-sized miniature order. It is $18.00 (international) for 6 and
up to 50 standard-sized miniatures.
Please know that we do our very best to ensure you get your
item(s) as quickly as possible but we cannot control transit times.
If your tracking number does not function right away please be
patient as sometimes postal glitches and shipping software errors
prevent proper functionality right away. Rest assured that we have
indeed shipped your item though.
In-store pick-up must be arranged before purchase. Otherwise item(s) must be shipped.
The shipping cost displayed includes tracking number and
insurance. Please keep in mind that after the first $20 and every $100
carries additional fees which is why your shipping cost may seem a
little bit more than usual.
Due to 'lost' mail and delays of up to 3 months we no longer
ship via First Class Mail International. This does increase shipping
costs BUT it is for your protection and ours. International customers may experience delays in shipping due to customs.
International customers are responsible for paying any
custom's fees. We have no control over these fees or their amount.
Please do not ask us to mark your item as a gift or at a lower value
than the item actually is to save on custom's fees.
Please be patient, due to the volume of items we transact with, there could be occasional shipping delays.
Communication Policy
If you or your ISP
utilizes software blocking "Spam" e-mails, be aware that our
communication with you could possibly be restricted.
Please allow 72 hours on e-mail replies from the day they are
received! It is our goal to make sure every customer
receives quality service. Please be patient with our e-mail response,
due to the volume of e-mail we transact with there could be occasional
e-mail delays.
Return Policy
Please contact us prior to making any
returns. We will do our best to make things right if there is a problem
with your purchase.
Shipping costs will only be reimbursed to the customer if one of the following circumstances applies:
Incorrect quantity of items.
Item is not as described.
Incorrect item was shipped.
Shipping damage in which case
a claim must be made with the shipping service used. This can sometimes
take up to 8 weeks. The claim must be complete before a refund or
substitution can take place.
We can not and will not be held
responsible for any kind of accident or consequential damage related to
