RETURN WARRANTY:

If you have any problem or you are not happy with the item please let us know. We offer 30 days RTB warranty. You can get your 100% money back or we will exchange the item for a new one. Please contact us before leaving negative feedback. Our customer service department is very helpful and courteous. If you buy an item by mistake, unfortunately you have to pay shipping costs and ebay fee.

We will accept returns, within 30 days of close of transaction without reason. Please contact us so we can discuss means to an amicable solution. All returned items MUST be in original condition, packaging, sealed, unused. Open boxes can be exchanged, ONLY. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location. You MUST contact us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us. NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges as we don't get this money, carrier does. Refund will be processed within 10 business days through PayPal upon arrival of merchandise. Refund will be made in the same method as it was received by us. (meaning if you paid by PayPal - you will get a PayPal refund).
All unauthorized, no reason, etc. returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.


SHIPPING POLICIES:

We offer 2 types of delivery service. The standard delivery is with Royal Mail Recorded delivery and can take around two to three days to arrive (in UK) depending on the efficiency of the postal service. For larger items such as laptops we send by DPD which can take around two to three days (in UK). Some services require a signature for the item to be delivered, so please make sure someone will be at the delivery address in order to sign for the part.

Shipping charge is estimated and may change due to weight, dimensions, delivery location and carrier. You will be notified of any changes before order is finalized.
We reserve the rights to reject products after inspection (i.e. physical damage or incomplete packaging). In the event that physical damage is caused during transit of a return, it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim immediately upon receiving our notification. The responsibility is between customer and carrier. We will only keep physically damaged returns for 10 weeks, after that we will dispose of items locally without issuing credit or further notice.

WE DO NOT OFFER ITEM COLLECTION. It is for our own warehouse security.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

We will ship merchandise immediately after receiving a payment. ALL SHIPPED ITEMS ARE WELL PACKED. We are NOT RESONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TARIFFS, TAXES, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not ship AS A "GIFT".
