All the shoes we sell on eBay are Condition New In Box. Some of the shoes are ex-display from our stores, none of the shoes we sell on Ebay have been worn outside, though they may have previously been tried on in our stores. All shoes are dispatched in their branded boxes, unless stated otherwise and placed inside sealed consignment bags. Please note boxes are new however they may be damaged. Whilst we check every pair before we sell them on Ebay some shoe boxes may not contain tissue paper or other packaging materials.

At present we only accept payment via Paypal. It is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay for all of your purchases.

Delivery

Our standard shipping charge for UK £3.99.

For UK orders over £50 pounds postage is free.

We do offer combined postage for multiple purchases.

We limit the purchase of same style lines to 6 per customer.

Deliveries are made using either an approved courier or the Royal Mail. We aim to get our goods to you within 3-5 days of your order however please allow 14 days before contacting our customer service department.

Courier deliveries require a signature, if you are not there a card will be left so you can re-arrange the delivery at a more convenient time.

Please remember to state your order number/eBay item reference number, your full name and postcode when corresponding by email or telephone.

Returns

Dune Outlet is pleased to refund unworn and unmarked goods with original packaging and box in a saleable condition accompanied the purchase invoice within 28 days of the purchase date.

In accordance to your rights we will be pleased to refund any justified complaints where goods are found to be defective as to quality description or performance.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn and you have changed your mind or if goods have been damaged after purchase.

Unfortunately we do not exchange items. You would need to return items for refund and then re-submit a new order.

In order to return items please email dunecustomerservice@docdata.co.uk to obtain a Returns Management Authorization number (RMA). This must be quoted on your returns documentation.

Please ensure you obtain proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot refund until we have received the items.

You will be refunded in full by your original payment method. Please note you are responsible for any Paypal charges incurred in the refund process.
