Postage Policy:

Orders are usually posted same or next working day.

We reserve the right to send any orders Recorded Delivery or Tracked – so a signature on delivery may be required.

Lost in Post – The Royal Mail no longer offers compensation for items lost in post sent via the postal service we use. Therefore, as any losses will be funded from our pocket, we will insist that you wait a sufficient time for the order to arrive before we will consider sending a replacement – 6 working days.

In the event of non-delivery, then we will require you to open an “I didn’t receive my item” case via the eBay “contact seller” link (this will log the claim with eBay).
