It is our policy not to accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects,as most items are sensitive to ESD damage. Returns are limited to a period of less than 10 days from date of purchase. Any Costs incurred returning is not covered under this return policy unless otherwise stated. Return items MUST have all original packaging and materials. Please contact us for RMA instructions and details before returning any items. Any items sold as new will come with 12 months manufacturer warranty and they will provide a repair or replacement. We cannot and do not repair, or replace products under warranty.
