We do not supply any warranty for any item we sell. So all items are sold without warranty.
 
The items we sell are new, new other, used or for parts and not working. We do our best to describe every item according to its condition.
 
The new and new other items do not have any signs of wear but may have or not any cosmetic imperfections or slight damages which do not interfere their working process.
 
The used items usually have some signs of wear. But may have or not any cosmetic defects.
 
The items sold for parts and not working are tested and found non responsive and does not fit for purpose unless otherwise stated in the description.

Usually the original packaging is in good condition but we have items without any packaging or barely packed. Therefore we pack with care every item doesn't mater of its packaging to be sure that it will be protected for the time in transit to you.

We sell ex-catalogue or returns stock and all items are different. All stocks are original. We aim to always present you with realistic photos of the listed item. We don't use stock pictures only - due to the nature of returned stock some items may miss their packaging, may be wrinkled, may have minor faults - this is why we take pictures so you are aware what you purchase. All the items that are set as "new other (see details)", "seller refurbished", "manufacture refurbished" or "used" are tested and find in full working order (except these that are set for "parts or not working”).
 
When it comes to clothes - we categorise them according to the label provided by the manufacturer. Some clothes are rather smaller others rather larger - if you are not sure please ask for detailed measurements.

POSTAGE
 
Combine Postage Discount - Add each item to your Basket using Add to Basket, go to Checkout and request an Invoice with Combine Postage Discount. Most of the multiple items can be discounted on combine posting. I will then amend your invoice to reflect combine postage discount.
 
Please do not pay for your invoice until you have received amended invoice as the eBay system does not enable me to add the discount after payment has been made.
 
DELIVERY
 
Usually the item (s) is dispatched within 24-72 hours. Your delivery should arrive based on the service mentioned in the description. If you require any service different than the one stated, please let us know so we can amend the total in the invoice.
 
You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent.
 
Please allow from 15 to 25 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.
 
Any orders placed after 10:30pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).
 
We advise you to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, and to check any outhouses you might have where a parcel may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.

We will provide a refund on the item if returned in the 14 days provided but all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure the product is in the same condition as when it arrived, including all tags and packaging. When you send the item in the post to us, include the order number and then make sure that it is securely package and when it arrives we will provide you with a refund or exchange. Items should be returned via any recorded delivery with tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery. All exchanges will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise agreed with a customer service adviser. Upon inspection of returned product we will issue a refund by the method used for the purchase. If you need to discuss your return or exchange please send an email message in eBay.
