We are happy to exchange or accept returns within a 14 day period
1) You will be entitled to a full refund or exchange under the following circumstances:
The spare you received from us was faulty.
The spare you received was genuinely damaged in transit.
The spare you received was incorrect as a result of an error on our part.
You have ordered the wrong part and you wish to exchange it for the correct part*.
Parts bought in error,unwanted parts,or if you have Changed your mind can be returned for refunds but will be subject to a 20% surcharge and postage costs will not be refunded
* All returned parts must be unused, unmarked, and undamaged and in manafactures original boxes and sealed wrappings.
2) Returns will not be accepted if the part has been used, or damaged whilst being fitted to an appliance.
In cases of buyer error, outgoing postage will not be refunded.
