Delivery within UK
Our standard couriers include ‘Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery’, ‘Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery’, ‘Parcelforce 48 hour Express Service’, etc.

Delivery to Europe & Rest of World
We can ship our products to Europe and the rest of world.
Our standard international couriers include ‘Royal Mail International Signed For Service’, ‘DHL Express Service’, ‘DPD Parcel Delivery Service’, etc.
To check how much you are paying for the P&P charge, please click 'Postage & payments' and put in your order details to get the result.
If there is no result appearing, it means your country is not in the list with standard P&P charge. But don't worry - it doesn't mean we cannot ship to your area; it just means you have to CONTACT US for details of P&P charge (stating your country, models & quantities you wish to order), and we will make quotes accordingly.

Notes
* Please note as suggested by eBay & PayPal (for Seller Protection Purpose), we only post to the address appearing on your eBay & PayPal transaction page. Therefore please ensure you have selected/added the CORRECT & COMPLETE address when you CHECK OUT. Please also note if a parcel is returned by the courier due to wrong or incomplete address provided on eBay, buyer is responsible for full costs of re-dispatching the order.
* An order with cleared payment by MIDNIGHT will be dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY.
* We do NOT accept local pick-up or third party carrier collection.
* If you request the TRACKING NUMBER of your parcel, please contact us in 2 WORKING DAYS AFTER DISPATCH when we are able to have this information available.
* Delay of delivery & loss of parcel: Most couriers class an item lost after 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK mail or 25 WORKING DAYS for the INTERNATIONAL mail, therefore we can only send a replacement out after that date.
* Please note our P&P charge is not for postage only; it includes charges & fees for packing, packing material, storage, distribution and postage.
* Discount of P&P charge is available on all COMBINED purchases except for free P&P items. Please contact us for details.
* If an order is delivered via 'Parcelforce', an EXTRA P&P might be charged for certain areas: the highlands and islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, etc; we also reserve the right to ask for the extra charge for other areas not listed here.
* Please note import duties, customs fees, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
* Please note we do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts'.
* If you are not at the delivery address when your parcel arrives, the postman should leave a calling card with information for you to arrange collection or re-delivery. If you do not collect or arrange re-delivery of your parcel/s within the post office's specified timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. If this happens then you will have to re-pay P&P cost for us to re-send the item to you.

7-Day Replacement
Although we test all products before dispatch, there is a slight chance that items are damaged during transportation, and if so we will offer you the replacement of a defective or damaged item. You must inform us of the problem within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. Valid pictures are required to assist with the claim. |
7-Day Refund
We understand sometimes an item may not turn out to be just what you need. If you are not happy with this product, you may return it to us within 7 calendar days. The returned item must be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION & PACKAGING, and all ACCESSORIES (including instruction manual) must be included. We will refund you 80% of the item price (excluding P&P), and 20% of item price will be deducted as handling, administration, repacking & restocking charge. Sorry but the original P&P charge is non refundable, and buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs.

3-Month Warranty
We offer replacement or repair of a broken/faulty item within 3 months of purchase. Please contact us to describe the conditions in full details, and valid pictures are required to assist with the claim. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs both ways. Please note damage caused by improper use or accident such as dropping will not be covered under the warranty.

Notes
* To return a product you must first CONTACT US FOR APPROVAL; no returns will be accepted without prior authorisation. Please follow our instructions to complete the process.
* All returns must be sent to our DESIGNATED RETURN ADDRESS via a TRACKABLE SERVICE. The TRACKING NUMBER is required after postage for our warehouse to be aware of your return and look out for it. Failure of providing the tracking number can result in our warehouse is unable to recognise your returned parcel.
