If you are not happy with an item, please e-mail us first before sending it back.  This MUST be done within 7 da ys of receiving the item. We are unable to accept returns after 7 days of the item being received.  The item must be in the condition it was sent in and including all tags (if included), instructions and original box. Beauty products will not be accepted as returns if used and not faulty.

All customers can return goods within 7 days, without reason. If you do not want the item, doesn't fit or for any other reason contact us to arrange for the return, no questions. Return postage will be not be refunded.
