Well made phone, sent quickly. Loses settings when power lost for more than a few seconds, however the phone book is persistent. Like most of these phones the LCD screen is hard to read unless you have exactly the right viewing angle. The caller id feature works well and I like that the incoming call details can be added to the phone book, it would be even better if it could be loaded from a csv file. The writing on the keys is small and hard to see. There are many features to learn to use.
