Terms and conditions of the sale

-All custom made saddles sold will be re-flocked/altered free of charge, if needed, up to and within 4 weeks of purchase and once saddle has settled in and flocking has settled.

-After this 4 week time period a fee will apply.

-All postage (both ways) for this alteration must be covered by customer.

-Any item of tack returned for swap/credit must be returned in as received condition and all postage must be covered by the customer.

-Custom made items are non returnable for swap/credit but alterations will be undertaken. Any issues must be sent within 10 days in writing to address in our contact information.

*If we have made a genuine mistake in sending wrong item/colour/size of any item of tack (not saddles) we will offer a swap for correct item or a full refund.

I certify that all my selling activities will comply with all EU laws and regulations.
