Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

For most items we would need you to confirm some basic specification details and so we can quote for any requested custom variations if necessary:

The Type Of Product Required & Size 
Many garment types and sizes are available (T Shirts, Lady fit, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Polo’s etc) as well as bags, they are all priced differently.

Please state the Name / Title – (including all letters & numbers), as listed on our web site

The Instrument / Picture Required 
Based on our existing design range – or ask as it may be on the drawing board or simply not uploaded anywhere yet

What’s going on the front – back – sleeves etc - try to describe in detail  - or ask us for advise – ring to chat ideas through…

The Design Accent Colour. 
Metallic Gold is the most popular option, Other include Neon Pink, Green, Orange, Yellow.
All white is not possible, so please select Metallic Gold for a classy sophisticated result.
The Instrument / Picture always HAS TO BE IN WHITE, due to making restrictions

Name / Words wanted on Right Sleeve or back of sleeveless garments. 
This is optional but is usually a nick name on left sleeve. 
Sleeveless garments would have this at the top or bottom hemline on the back. 

We offer a script style that tends to be popular with girls and a more contemporary font usually preferred by boys. 
We can also put a band, club name etc on if requested.  – Tell us your web site address – email us logo pdf’s, what fonts preferred etc

Clef or Logo wanted on Left Sleeve or back of sleeveless garments. 
This is optional. (If not a musical design a simplified part of the main design will be used) . 
Our most popular choices are Treble, Tenor/Alto, Bass Clefs & Stylised Treble & Bass Clef, Natural, Sharp, Crotchet Rest, Quavers notation symbols. Crossed drumsticks for percussion players. But many more options are also available 

If a Bag the Name & Tel Number for the inside of the flap. 
This is printed on the inside of the front flap and is optional. We suggest that for children the parents’ telephone numbers are used for security.

Design Variations
We reserve the right to amend any design if we feel that it is an improvement. We may scale or alter design layout  to suit the product to which it being applied to e.g. a small child's garment may require a design alteration to fit,. Music bags may have an alternative layout supplied that may convert a 'vertical portrait layout' design (that if scaled to fit would result in a very small unattractive design being applied) into a horizontal landscape design that better suits the layout for a bag. We reserve the right to use our discretion to amend font styles & layout used for personalisation of products if we feel that it enhances the final product. If necessary ask us to send an email a design proof before making.  Don’t forget we can do many variations to our designs, look at some of the Custom Designs we have created before for inspiration on our web site

Prices & Postage Costs

The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery – as shown. Ask for any required optional enhanced postage or consolidation postage before paying. Listings are priced by an Items type, style, size etc.  If unsure on which eBay listing to use please ask – email all order details before buying and paying.  All our eBay Design Specific T shirt listings are for a Classic Unisex T Shirt in Small. Other garment types are available Lady fit, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Polo’s etc but they are priced differently. If you want to adjust the size or garment style, we can adjust the invoice / postage cost to reflect any price changes if any. If you have already paid, we shall email with additional payment details. 

Orders

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and MusicaliTee.com / Dezineshop.com / Exhibit Link will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Ordering Information. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: 
•	The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
•	Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
•	The identification of a pricing or product description error
•	You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives. 
We shall not make or send any items if we need additional ordering information eg design, size, accent colour or clarification of your messages.

•	All our products that have designs applied are Custom Hand Made - especially for you, whether personalised with an optional name or not. If you have ordered products that are personalised or have been custom made for you under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations we are under no obligation to agree to such items being returned or refunds made in full
•	If you have ordered the wrong size, we are under no obligation to exchange or replace any item – but may do so at our discretion. Please consult our size charts. We may ask for some monetary contribution towards the remake and replacement postage costs. Please remember, that all products are made to order and we do not carry any items in stock. Therefore the chance of someone requesting your error size and colour and garment may be very slim, for us to use again whether it has been personalised for you or not.

Personalised & Custom Products Returns / Contract Cancellation

Should the product arrive damaged or the delivery is of an incorrect type/ quantity you must inform us in writing within 3 days of receipt to instigate a replacement being sentence the original item has been returned to us in an unused condition. Please include your name, address, telephone number, and email address and the reason for return plus details of the exchange product you require. 
Damaged Goods - Although we take every measure to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition, there may be instances beyond our control where goods are found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt. If this is the case we may ask you to return them using the Royal Mail / International Recorded Delivery Service at any post office Worldwide. We will aim to replace your goods within 7 days of receipt. If this is not possible a full refund will be offered. 
Non Faulty & Non Damaged Goods - If you wish to return goods that are not faulty or damaged then you should do so within 7 days of purchase. The goods must be unopened and undamaged in which case a refund less the cost of postage will be made.
