Items falling outside our returns policy or items that are returned to us after ten days will not be entitled to a refund. Our perception of soiled includes, the excessive odour of perfume, alcohol, smoke and or chemical substances that may prevent us from reselling an item. Our perception of stained includes, makeup, false tan or any other liquid or material substance that requires dry cleaning to remove.
