If we digitise a logo or design for you, it does not belong to you, as there has been no charge imposed on you.
DELIVERY
Additional Royal Mail postage options are available, with free 2nd class delivery within the UK. First class, signed-for 1st class and next-day delivery (in some cases) can be selected at an additional cost.
Please don't hold any delays caused by Royal Mail against me! The expected delivery date is an estimate only, but ebay asks if the item was received on or before that date and hold it against a seller if you select no. The date on the envelope will confirm when it was sent. If it arrives after the expected date please consider when it was posted and if the delay was down to me or Royal Mail before answering the delivery date question, it can be left blank if a delay isn't caused by a seller.
As such, late deliveries will not be refunded.
Orders not received within 10 working days of dispatch must be reported to Handmadebyshelley.co.uk by email. Failure to notify us within this period may result in us not accepting any responsibility for items dispatched and not delivered/received.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply get in contact with us via the contact page.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
* Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you.
* If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.
* You have approved a design proof with a mistake in it.
* Where the design proof has been approved with an error in it.
For non-personalised goods - If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense, within 30 days of delivery. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and your actions result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us - this does not cover any design proof you have approved with an error in it.
By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or have ordered an incorrect size.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Handmadebyshelley.co.uk does not accept responsibility for customer input or spelling mistakes on orders. Handmadebyshelley.co.uk does not accept responsibility for errors on orders once a printing proof has been accepted by email with the customer.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
