2. Availability. In the event that goods ordered are not available & we are unable to fulfill your order it will be cancelled and any payment refunded. All sizes and prices are updated on a daily basis.
 
3. Prices & Payment. Advertised prices include VAT at the current applicable rate. Immediate payment is required after purchase. We do not accept E-Cheques. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Where an order has been processed, and the price of the ordered product is subsequently revised downwards for any reason, we are under no obligation whatsoever to refund the difference in price to any customer. However, where a customer has grounds for believing he/she should have received their order at the revised (lower) price, a part or full refund of the price difference is at the absolute discretion of Giles UK Ltd. We strictly only accept eBay Managed Payments as a means of payment. We do not accept: Postal Order, Bankers Draft, Personal Cheque, Credit Cards or Escrow. 7. Contract: The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we despatch the order. Prior to despatch of the product(s), Giles UK Ltd (mastershoe) has the right to decline an order for any reason, including legal and regulatory reasons, and in the rare instance where a product is incorrectly priced. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. The duration of our contract with you will start from when your order is despatched, until the last day of your right to cancel.
 
If we cannot supply you with the product you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (by e-mail) and refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible
 
If the fulfilment of an order (or any aspect for it) would be illegal or unlawful, including by reason of breach of export controls or sanctions rules, Giles UK Ltd has the right to stop or cease to fulfil the order at any time, including after despatch of products and/or notification to you that the order has been received and is being processed. You acknowledge that Giles UK Ltd shall incur no liability in such circumstances.
 
Giles UK Ltd store the contract's content and will send you the details of your order as well as our general terms via e-mail. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer login.
 
8a. Delivery. All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of receiving confirmation (mon-fri). We reserve the right to delay dispatch if we are awaiting a response from a Buyer regarding their order. A Royal Mail Tracked service is used by default for all UK orders. This is a tracked service where a delivery photograph is normally provided, the normal delivery time varies between 2-4 business days, however Royal Mail have up to 14 business days to deliver the item. We offer a UK next business day service at an additional cost, using DHL Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending on weight and location. This is a tracked, guaranteed next business day service which requires a signature on arrival. To qualify for next business day delivery, your order will need to have been placed before 3pm (Monday-Thursday). If your order is placed on a Thursday after 3pm, or on Friday before 3pm, delivery will be on the following Monday. Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to your sales order record.
 
8b. International Delivery Claims When an order is sent via Royal Mail, the parcel is handled by the destination countries postal company. This means Royal Mails tracking information is reliant on the international postal company communicating the status of the shipment. Where the tracking information doesn't confirm the item has been delivered, we must enter a claim with Royal Mail to confirm the status of the parcel. In these rare cases, we are unable to refund an order until Royal Mail have concluded there investigation one way or the other. This may take up to 90 working days.
 
8c. Non Received Items. We ship all our items using a tracked service which is very secure and reliable. In the rare event your parcel is not received but the tracking details confirm that the parcel has been delivered at the address on the order and you state you have not received the item. We have no option but to open a claim with the courier, we regret we are only able to submit a claim form 15 business days from the date the item was posted. Once the claim has been submitted, it will take 45 business days (approximately 2 months) for the courier to settle the claim one way or the other. They will not allow us to chase the claim until this period has passed. If your parcel is not received and the tracking details do not confirm that the item has been delivered correctly or at all, we will replace or refund your order if the tracking has not updated after 14 business days from the delivery due date. We Regret we cannot refund / replace orders in the event that the tracking shows that the goods have been delivered at the correct address until the courier accepts our claim to the contrary. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
 
8d. Postal Strikes. In rare cases Royal Mail or DHL may go on strike. In this situation we will always do our best to ensure your item is received at the earliest opportunity. However, this is completely out of our control and is subject to Royal Mails own contingency plan.
 
9. International Delivery. All International orders are dispatched within 2 business days, and are sent using DHL Express, except where your address is located in a remote area. In which case your order will be sent using 'Royal Mail International Signed For' Orders to destinations inside the EU and Republic of Ireland will generally take 2-5 business days. Orders to destinations outside the EU and Rest of World will generally take 10-12 business days. However Royal Mail state to allow up to 28 business days for delivery. If your order has not arrived after 28 business days from dispatch, you may contact us for further assistance. All international orders weighing over 2 kilos are subject to price on application.
 
10. Destinations located outside the EU may be subject to customs or import tax charges ('DHL shipping and handling fees'). Mastershoe are not liable to pay these charges, it is the customers responsibility to research and pay any customs or importation fees. These fee's vary from country to country, any fees applied will normally be based on the total order value which is a legal requirement and is declared on every parcel. In the event you refuse to pay the import charges and would like the order returned to us instead there will be a charge (return shipping fee) which must be paid before we request DHL return the parcel to us. In some areas your government will not allow DHL to return the item to us in the event of charges not being paid, on these occasions the parcel will be destroyed, Mastershoe are not liable for this and will make no refund for any destroyed items due to the refusal of taxes/import fees.
 
11. Exceptions Of Delivery. We will not dispatch to any P.O. Box delivery addresses, or APO/BFPO addresses. In the event you place an order for the wrong delivery address you will need to contact us and we will cancel your order. You will then need to replace your order with the correct address details. We strictly only dispatch to eBay confirmed addresses ONLY. The address on the order is the only address we will dispatch to.
 
12. Returns Policy. If you wish to return your purchase it must be returned in 'as-received' condition (i.e. unworn) with the original box (i.e. also unmarked & undamaged) and swing tags, labels etc. and MUST contain your original packing slip, within 30 days of it being delivered. Please note we do not offer a paid returns service. You will need to arrange and pay for the returns method of your choice for correctly supplied, unwanted items. Please also note if you require an alternative product you will need to place a new order as your original will be refunded upon return. i.e. we do not operate an exchange service. PLEASE NOTE - INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: If a returned item is not marked as 'Return To Sender' - we will refuse to pay the custom fees and the item will be returned to you. Please ensure all returns are clearly marked as 'Return To Sender'.
 
13. Faulty / Not As Described. In the unlikely and rare event that your purchase is supplied with a material or manufacturing fault, please return it to us for inspection at the earliest opportunity.. Please contact us to make us aware of the problem. We will endeavor to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. This generally involves you returning the product to us using a tracked service. Upon receipt, your order will be inspected and analysed for any defects/faults. Should a defect/fault be discovered we will issue a full refund including your return postage. Please note that if you delay or continue to use the product after you've identified a fault you may not be entitled to a full refund. You will not be entitled to a refund if you cause the fault through misuse or lack of care. If the product you receive is not as described or a different product to that ordered, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to return the product to us and where we have supplied in error we will refund the purchase price and your postage cost in full.
 
14. Other Information. Only the stock we have available is listed, if your size is not shown then we do not have it in-stock. Shop-soiled/Discoloured applies to items previously displayed in our high street stores. 'Discoloured' is where one shoe is faded from exposure to sunlight in a window display; 'shop soiled' means it is slightly marked or grubby, usually from being tried on in-store by customers. All prices in our E Shop/Listings are as stated and non-negotiable. All our products are 100% genuine branded stock, direct from the supplier, new in box (unless otherwise stated). We do not sell seconds or counterfeits.
