RETURNS - PLEASE NOTE - the cost for return is payable by the customer . If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us and we will happily measure any item for you.
 
ALL non personalised items are returnable within 30 days UNUSED and with the Cirencester Emporium Label attached by the customer- Please Return Via eBay Returns. Once we receive your return we will refund the cost of the item - this does not include the original postage cost (Item must have original and Cirencester EmporiumTags still attached)
 
Items that are sold are pre-owned (used, as new, ) are likely to have been worn/used at least once. We will endeavour to accurately describe the condition of all goods

Personalised Goods, we aim for 2 working days however this can extend to 5 working days at busy periods.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
 
In the event of the goods being damaged on arrival please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods or the expected delivery date, otherwise no claim can be considered.
Should you need to return any item please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office or carrier used, to enable you to claim for any loss or damage in transit.
