Unless otherwise stated the parts are used and as such will have age related wear and tear and marks/blemishes from storage and/or removal.
 
ANY paint code/or description is for guide purposes only and exact colour matches are not guaranteed. Painted parts are subject to age related wear, UV(sun) damage and this will vary depending on the age and mileage of each vehicle - this includes your own.
 
Whilst I make every effort to give good value to my customers, I cannot guarantee each part to be absolutely perfect and this is reflected in their prices when they are compared to the price of new items and parts.
 
All sales are made on the strict understanding that the customer is responsible for making sure that parts bought are correct or fit for the purpose required.
 
Any part which is found to be faulty or unserviceable (unless the fault was declared on purchase) will be repaired, exchanged or money refunded according to circumstances, provided that I am notified in writing(email) within a 3 calender day period from date of receiving the goods.
 
Bearing in mind that all parts are from used vehicles, I will not be held responsible if any vehicle is off the road whilst a part is being brought back for exchange/refund.
 
In no circumstances shall I be made responsible for any failed delivery or disappointments. In such cases any payment made shall be refunded in full, provided that the failure is through no fault of the Purchaser. My liability is strictly limited to a full refund only and no claims for damages; interest on monies paid or any other expenses will be entertained.
 
I cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by the courier/postal system or any unforeseen circumstances.
 
The advertised postage amounts are for mainland uk only, the highlands, channel islands, Northern Ireland and remote locations require an additional amount. Please contact me with your full delivery details for an individual quote if, the above applies to you.
