Even though eBay give an estimate of 1 day deliveryfor first class post, the only service that Royal Mail guarantee next day delivery is Special Next Day Delivery at £6.99. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items are to be return items in their original packaging.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you notice any product or packaging damage please record this on the drivers’ terminal OR DO NOT SIGN FOR DELIVERY.
Where possible please call us whilst the driver is still there. We may request photos showing the damage before we can determine the best course of action to take.
If you sign for an item and later advise it is damaged, liability will not be accepted by the courier or the seller.
