Apologies we cannot see a message regarding this? We are unsure where you can buy a thumb mitt for £2 delivered other than perhaps China (unlike them we are a UK company and pay VAT, delivery and other fees, which is reflected in the price). Our mitt has been an excellent seller for many years and we have not had any other similar comments or complaints of this nature. Apologies you have had a negative experience.
