I purchased a new UNOPENED dehumidifier. When it arrived I noticed multiple layers of sealing tape closing the box. Curious, I opened the box and found it had been opened, the instructions bag ripped open and the plastic cover on the cord had been opened. See attached photo I do not know if it was used but what I received is not what I ordered. I would return it except I like this item, it is no longer made and no more available to buy.
