Payment
 
After winning an auction or Buy It Now purchase you must complete payment immediately, if no payment/contact has been made within 2 days of purchase unpaid item case will automatically be opened. We can be flexible but Buyer needs to make contact first. (We allow a maximum of 5 working days to complete payment unless agreed differently).
 
We take non-paying bidders very seriously and reserve the right to report any non-payment or fraud to collection services and credit reporting agencies. We also may pursue any losses occurred by the business in relation to non-paying bidders

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Almost majority of our items are sent tracked/signed for. All items MUST be checked before being signed for. Your signature verifies receipt in good, undamaged condition. Any damaged items signed for cannot be refunded or exchanged.
 
FOR COLLECTION ITEMS: All items being collected where they are listed for collection only, we will only accept cash/bank transfer payment upon collection of item, strictly no Paypal or Credit Card. Any payment made via Paypal will be refunded and the option to pay for item on collection given. If you do not accept this please do not purchase item. Unfortunately we have had to implement this due to the fact that although most eBay buyers are genuine we have had to deal with multiple fraudulent Paypal transactions.

Returns
 
If the part has been ordered incorrectly then you must return it to us at your own cost. Any cost incurred in shipping the part to you will be deducted from the sale price of the part or refund amount. You must contact us within 48 hours first before returning and this must be done within 14 days of receiving the part.
 
All our parts where stated are tested and inspected before selling and in most cases marked in a variety of ways. Any parts returned which are found to be tampered with or replaced with faulty exchanges will not be refunded and any losses incurred of actions of fraud will be pursued further at our discretion.
 
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will also refund the postage costs.
