They will not have major rips, major holes, and no missing parts. All buckles, straps, snaps, and components are guaranteed to work. May show signs of wear, but still have a lot of life in them. Some Kidney pads and straps may have a "nick" or fray from use or repairable rips, but are completely functional and usable as intended. Some straps may be woodland camo and some straps may be OD Green. Frame colors may differ than what is seen in the pictures. Some packs, frames, or straps may have writing on them. Assembly may be required. Every used surplus item is inspected before shipping to meet the listing criteria.”
