PayPal is the best way to pay for your item.
Alternatively you may wish to pay via credit / debit card. This can be done at our Lancaster dealership, on Mellishaw Lane. If you’d like to pay in store, please email us prior to bidding and let us know.
Collection is also welcome at no extra charge. If you wish to collect from Lancaster, please call 01524 426122 to arrange collection.
 
International customers must not buy until they have confirmed shipping cost for their item/s.

In most cases as soon as payment has cleared, your item/s will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery takes 1-2 working days. Some item/s require you to select a working day to receive the item/s, if this is the case you will be emailed upon payment.
 
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, usually between 8am & 7.30pm
 
Customers have 7 working days starting from the date of receipt when returning item/s to VW Motor Parts. We are unable to accept item/s outside of this time frame.
 
The customer is responsible for the safe transit of the item/s until VW Motor Parts has received the goods. Once the goods have been received, inspected and are deemed to be in a re-sellable condition, in the original packaging, a refund will be made via the original payment method.
