The customer is liable for the cost of the return. The item remains the property, and therefore responsibility of the customer until a refund has been issued.
A refund will not be issued until the returned goods have been received in acceptable condition as specified in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The goods must be returned in new/re saleable condition complete with all packaging, protective coverings and loose components.
No partial refund is possible.
Unacceptably used or worn items will be returned to the customer C.O.D. No responsibility will be accepted by Candy Apple Red Guitars for the item's re-delivery beyond resealing and readdressing the carton.
Any items which are damaged in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt and also reported to the delivery agent locally. This allows us to make the appropriate insurance claims. Absolutely no claims will be accepted after this period.
