Warranty Information.
Pre-Tec Ltd will provide a 30 day Warranty on this product. If the product is found to be faulty or defective within 30 days of purchase we will offer a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price less any postage costs. The Warranty will only cover manufacturer faults and does NOT cover the following: Damage caused by liquid, Intentional damage, damage caused by dropping the product or intentional mistreatment. Damage caused by attempting to repair or adapt the device by yourself or a third party including jail-breaking and unlocking. Improper use of accessories, Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear – e.g scratches to touch screen, battery life. To make a claim under the warranty please contact us in the first instance for assistance.
The warranty is only effective from the date of the initial purchase. If an item is exchanged the warranty will not restart from the date of the return/exchange. The Warranty is valid for a maximum of 30 days from date of purchase and does not roll over.
Devices that are returned under the 30 day warranty will be subject to the following procedure:
The device will be subject to a full test so that we may diagnose the fault. We will either repair the item or replace like for like subject to availability. Where the item is un-repairable or no alternatives available a full refund will be processed. This process will be completed within 5 working days.
Accidental Damage and Water Damage are not covered under the warranty and if either is found the customer will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement unit if deemed un-repairable. No works will be undertaken without prior permission of the customer.
The customer will be liable for postal costs to and from the repair workshop in this instance.
