1 Contract award

If Okzam_uk is offering goods on eBay, the customer may make an offer.
Understand the Terms of Use of eBay as an invitation to enter into a contract of sale eBay.
If the customer wants to conclude a sale outside of eBay, they will not be under contract.
For a contract of sale Okzam_uk must be concluded in writing. It is concluded according to the rules, eBay hands over the car parts Okzam_uk offers. Telephone or verbal agreements are only valid if they are confirmed in writing by Okzam_uk.
The delivery of the goods shall be sent, regarding the Terms of Use that is accepted by the customer / purchaser by acceptance and payment of the invoice.
 
2 Payment and Returns
All prices are inclusive and include VAT. They are non-binding.
Unless otherwise agreed, however, the purchase price is due no later than immediately prior to delivery of the goods without deductions or discount. The payment and settlement of the purchase should have been made through eBay, via PayPal, bank transfer or cash on collection.
No liability is accepted for loss of items during shipment.
Before Okzam_uk delivers the goods must have been paid full purchase price and credited to our account.
Prices for additional services that are provided after delivery of the goods shall be payable immediately in cash or later than seven days after sending the invoice .Another method of payment requires a special agreement with Okzam_uk.
Respective payment dates are fixed. If the purchase price or other claims on the agreed dates are not fully paid the customer/buyer they will not receive their goods.
If the item is not paid by the respective date, the item will be cancelled.
If the item has been shipped already, the buyer can return item for a full refund if unused within 30 days.
 
3 Warranty and Guarantee
Okzam_uk have a 1 year warranty for used parts
and 2 years with new parts.
Claims for defects from consumers who have bought second-hand goods, expire after one year from purchase agreed upon by the sales period. For warranty claims for new parts, the statutory period of warranty of 2 years applies.
The customer / buyer are obliged to contact Okzam_uk in writing without delay of a warranty claim.
The repair period is 4 weeks, and is necessary to be extended accordingly.
For the warranty obligation is fundamental requirement that the purchased Okzam_uk new or used goods will be installed by a specialist workshop, and that on this installation in a warranty case an invoice is submitted. If the product was not installed by a specialist workshop, the presumption is agreed that the error stems from an unprofessional installation. The client / buyer have the right to prove that the fault of the product is not related to the installation.
Warranty is granted by repair or replacement of the goods by delivery of a new or an equivalent part.
The goods must be returned at the request of Okzam_uk.
A warranty is void if:
The mandatory installation on the goods have not been carried out at an appropriate master's workshop , unless the customer / buyer proves that the damage was not caused such as The product not being compatible with other parts .
Costs for test, measurement and adjustments and fitment are incurred by the buyer and will not be reimbursed from okzam_uk under warranty.
If indirect damage occurs to a part such as a faulty part, normal wear and tear etc you will be covered under your warranty.
You will not be covered under warranty if fitment was not carried out by a specialist, if the part was broken during fitment, storm/weather related incidents.

Consequences of cancellation:
Goods should be returned as new and in full packaging.
Shipping charges are excluded and will not be refunded.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
 
4 Liability of the buyer in case of revocation
The Parties agree that the customer / buyer okzam_uk send back the goods in the event of a cancellation or rescission undamaged and in original packaging.
There is agreement also that okzam_uk is entitled to set off on the back to be refunded the purchase price with their own claims for damages and / or to enforce the lien to off.
