A full refund or free exchange will be offered for all genuine faults notified within 7 days of receipt. Faults notified after this period will not entertain a refund or exchange. For any other problems, we will offer a refund less a 15% re-stocking fee on all products or alternatively an exchange may also be applicable for a small charge of £2.50. Items must be sent back to us in their original condition and suitable packaging with a copy of your order (printed from eBay).
