Perfect holiday for all the family as a break away.

 

Luxury caravan, 8 berth, 3 bedrooms ( 1 double and 2 twins ) plus double bed settee in lounge. Gas, electric and water included - all connected to the mains. Situated on the main Butlins site, not far from the exit of the caravan park.

Fully fitted kitchen with gas oven, hob and grill. Large fridge with freezer box, kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich toaster, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils - everything you need to make the perfect holiday meal!

large lounge with seperate dining area, with tv, dvd player, freeview box, and cd player/radio.

Ironing board and iron also provided.

Pillows and duvets are provided but you must bring your own sheets and covers.

Full use of the fishing lake although equipment is not provided.

Large shower room with wash basin and seperate toilet.

Gas central heating and double glazing.

10 minute walk to the beach, 2 min walk to the lake and supermarket and approx 20 min walk into the main town.

Own private car parking space within 12 yards of caravan.
