Terms and conditions of the sale
We aim to send products the next working day via Royal Mail 2nd Class or 3 to 5 day courier for economy delivery and Royal Mail 1st Class or 48 hour courier for our fast track service. Wholesale orders will be sent via courier in most cases. Orders usually arrive within a few days but we do have to ask that you allow 21 days for delivery.
 
Although unlikely, there may be instances where we will be unable to fulfill your order due to stock levels, but you will be notified and refunded immediately.
 
Pictures on our website are for illustration only. We have done our best to ensure the colour, fabric etc is a true representation of what you will receive, however due to the limitations on equipment your order may vary from what is shown.
 
We cannot be held liable for any loss or injury caused by the use of our dog bandanas, bows and ties. These products are not toys. Some dogs can be destructive and can destroy them within minutes if allowed to chew them, therefore it is your sole responsibilty to ensure that your pet is supervised at all times. Please discard any item which has been chewed / damaged etc or poses a hazard to your pet. Premier Dog have a public liability insurance policy in force to protect our customers, however our liability ends when customers resell our products. Therefore it is strongly advised that our business customers have their own insurance.
 
We cannot guarantee that all of our fabrics are colourfast - if you have any concerns then wash before use.
 
Please also ensure that dog bandanas, collars, bowties and neck ties are not tied too tightly. Just like anything that goes around the neck, these items can pose a risk of strangulation if they get caught on branches, furniture etc so please supervise your dog whilst they are being worn. Keep away from fire and sources of ignition. We do not recommend the use of these bandanas on cats.

RETURNS POLICY
 
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it in an UNUSED condition along with your name and reason for return within 14 days to the address shown on our contact page for a refund of the purchase price (less p&p). This does not affect your statutory rights. Please retain a proof of postage in case you need to claim from Royal Mail. Exchanges / refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your return. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
