Please contact us within 7 days of purchase. If you have a fault with your item. We try to replace the item for you. If not we will issue you a refund less postage charges. If goods returned during this period are found to without faults,or if fault has been caused by mis-use we will not refund you.We will return goods to you ,but you will be responsible for the postage cost.
If you wish to keep the goods even if there is a fault we do not offer part refunds.
If you wish to cancel a transaction after it has been posted to you. You can post it back to us at your own cost We will refund you less 15% this is to cover ebay charges and packaging charges.
Please ensure item is well packaged and must be sent recorded delivery.
We will not accept respsonibilty for damage caused by poor packaging or damage in transit.
Return postage costs in all cases will remain the buyers responsibilty.
