ICOM IC-R71E 100 KHz to 30 MHz communication receiver. The receiver was tested and it works fine. The receiver includes two filters : FL30 SSB standard filter and FL70 SSB wide filter. Overall condition is fair. Some scratches on the panel and the covers and some screws are missing from the covers. The buyer will get what is in the pictures. Cables are not included.
