We aim to dispatch all items within one working day of receiving cleared payment (usually the following morning). Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday. We operate out of two shops in Coventry in the West Midlands and trade online with two websites, three eBay stores and can also be found on Amazon and Google Shopping.
In our Coventry shops we sell a range of new and used shoes, boots and sandals from a number of top brands, as well as simple and affordable footwear for the whole family.
For the ladies we stock a selection of bags and jewellery and we also regularly host discount clothes sales.
Gift vouchers are available upon request at either shop.
Is this item genuine? Yes, all of our items are 100% genuine. We are approved stockists of many top brands and are even listed on Rocket Dog's and Birkenstock's websites.
Do you combine shipping? Unfortunately at the current time we are unable to combine shipping costs. We send all of our items by courier with tracking and insurance against loss in transit.
Will my item come with a box? To keep things green, we recycle many of the shoe boxes that we receive, but some items do still come in their box. To check if this particular item comes with a box, please see the information above.
