Delivery

We aim to post within 24 hours of receiving order.   Not including weekends.

Most items are sent by 2nd Class post, for the UK or standard Airmail for overseas.

Please allow sufficient time for delivery.

If the item has not arrived after the expected delivery window please check whether it is at the post office where you usually collect parcels. I have often sent replacement items only to have the original returned as “uncollected”.

If the item is not at the post office then please contact me and I will either send a replacement or refund if the item is no longer available.

We do not offer express delivery so if the item is needed very quickly please don’t order.

Returns

It’s OK to change your mind.  Returns are accepted up to seven days from receipt. 

They should be returned in their original conditioning and packaging.

Once the returned item is received you will be refunded the original item cost less postage.  Where postage is free 10% will be deducted from the price to cover costs.
