Refunds & Returns
If you are unhappy in any way with your goods, or they are damaged on delivery, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Our intent is to create products of exceptional quality and value. So, if for whatever reason you do not feel that this is the case then please let us know as soon as possible. We will then do everything we can to resolve the problem.
If the items we have sent you are damaged or the incorrect items have been sent to you, then let us know and we will replace them straight-away.
We would ask that you return the incorrect/faulty items to us and we will reimburse you in full for the cost of postage.
If you simply change your mind, or do not want the items that you ordered then you can also return them (within 14 days) for a full refund. Please let us know why you no longer require the items and as soon as we receive the items back we will send you a full refund.
