Acceptance of goods.
1.0 The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 48 hours after delivery to the buyer.
1.1 The buyer shall carry out a thorough inspection of the goods within 48 hours of delivery and shall give written notification to the seller within 3 working days of delivery of the goods of any defects which a resonable examination would have revealed.
1.2 Where the buyer has accepted, or has deemed to have accepted the goods the buyer shall not be entitled to reject the goods which are not in accordance with the contract.
1.3 If the goods are found to be defective or damaged the seller agrees to refund postage and ship a replacement out free of charge.
1.4 If you change your mind about the item and wish to return the buyer would be responsible for the return shipping costs.
1.5 On receipt of the goods we will begin processing the refund, Please be aware refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
