Delivery and Returns

All of our items are either sent via Royal Mail, UPS or TNT. We offer international delivery and aim to despatch all items as quickly as possible. All items are sent via a tracked method and are usually held in stock at one of our 2 Salisbury warehouses. Dependent on stock levels then some orders may be subject to a 2 working day despatch time, however all orders (except those sent Royal Mail) are sent on a guaranteed next day service.

Radio Programming and Licensing

We offer free programming on licensed radio equipment and can assist with radio licensing. We can also reprogramme equipment to work with different manufacturers models. Please note that if you would like us to programme your equipment then this may incur a 1-2 day delay on your order.

Item Condition & Accessories

We do not sell foreign, reconditioned, B grade, returned or used equipment. All items listed are legitimate A* grade 'BNIB' UK stock. All products carry the usual manufacturers warranty (12-36 months, depending on brand).

We do not not substitue manufacturers batteries or parts for non-genuine versions. In many cases we can supply equipment with UK or European chargers, please contact us for details.

All items are approved for use in the UK/Europe - unless the description clearly states otherwise.

Payment

We accept PayPal, or we can take a credit card payment over the phone. We also accept Cheques, bank transfer (BACS, Swift, IBAN), postal orders, payment on collection and bankers drafts.

We are unable to ship items until payment is cleared in full - for cheques this can take up to 8 working days. If you are a local authority or other government accredited establishment, then we can accept a purchase order. We can also open trade accounts, please contact us for more information.

Our system will automatically leave postive feedback once your order is despatched and buyer feedback has been left. Payment is generally expected within 7 days, after 8 days of non payment or contact then our sales management system will automatically open an unpaid item case.

Delivery Charges, Shipping & Carriers

Delivery charges produced by this website are estimates only and may be subject to change. Certain delivery areas may also carry a surcharge. If delivery cannot be completed within the amounts originally paid then you will be contacted by a member of staff, who will offer to either cancel the order or accept a payment for the agreed surcharge.

Whilst we always aim to fulfill orders within specified times, we cannot be held responsible for delays in order deliveries arising as a result of issues with shipping carriers.

In the event of a loss or mis-delivery occuring during transit then we may need to complete the carriers investigation process prior to being able to offer any refund or replacement. Failure to complete and return a claims form within 14 days may result in the claim being void.
