Terms and conditions of the sale

: OUR CONTRACT :

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by BelhavenKBB("we" and "us") to the customer named on the invoice("you"). Together with the invoice, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these Terms and Conditions.

: PRICE AND PAYMENT :

The price payable for the goods you order is as set out in your invoice which may include any charges for the carriage. We must receive payment for the total amount of your invoice as issued by us, before your order can be accepted and dispatched.

: DELIVERY AND TITLE :

BelhavenKBB may use a third party to supply and/or deliver your goods. A valid signature will be required on delivery, please sign as "GOODS UN-CHECKED". Upon delivery of the goods to you, the goods shall be at your risk. In spite of delivery having been made, title in the goods shall not pass to you until you have paid the price for the goods in full and no other sums whatsoever shall be due from you. While we endeavor to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we may, at our discretion, deliver a substituted product or refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible. Please note that some items may require extended lead times before dispatching due to our suppliers. We will notify you of any delays in processing your order. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

: RETURNS :

All goods are to be checked and any shortages or damages are to be reported to with-in 24 hours of you receiving them. You may return part or all of your order by giving BelhavenKBB notice on 0870 803 4151 , sales@kbbworld.co.uk or via ebay contacts. If you are returning the goods because of any problems with the goods, please notify us of the problem at this time. On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your own cost unless you receive notification from ourselves, in which case we will meet the cost of return, but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. Products may have a re-stocking fee and items purchased in error, will be sudject to the original delivery cost being charged to the purchaser. Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item.

:GUARANTEE:

Where a guarantee is offered, this is with the manufacturer of the goods. Most will require proof of purchase and are all subject to terms and conditions.

Please note that due to hard water conditions through out the UK, most taps and showers will not be covered by ceramic disc cartridge replacement.

On products such as extractor hoods, please use the specified ducting sizes, as failure to do so will void any guarantee.

Some products such as, but not limited to, ovens and other appliances, need to be fitted by qualified installers.
