Terms and Conditions All models sold are collector’s items not toys and as they clearly state on the box, they are not suitable for children under 14 years old. All models are brand new and include all their boxes and certificates unless otherwise stated. Boxes may only be opened for photo and the models have never been on display. If the model for sale is an ex display or damaged in any way it will be clearly stated on the description. Payment must be made 3 days after the end of the auction or buy it now purchases. The only method accepted for payment is PAYPAL. Prices include all taxes and fees (VAT) and there are no paypal or other hidden charges except postage. Nevertheless custom charges may occur for buyers outside the EU. Of course we are not responsible for potential custom charges and taxes if you are located outside European Union.
Postage and Packing Shipping with DHL in one working day at 19 euros. DHL postage and packing charges in euros:
For countries within the European Union we use DHL and the delivery time is 1 day for EU. Upon dispatch we will send you the tracking number which you can use to track your items online. Residents in North America wishing postage via DHL please contact first. For the rest of the world the delivery method is registered airmail. This in some cases takes time and we cannot guarantee delivery times. Nevertheless your model will be sent within 1 working day after payment is cleared. For Insurance for all shipments is 6 euros per shipment and it’s optional. Return policy
In the rare occasion that you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. Returns are accepted 7 days from the day of delivery. Postage and packing charges are not refundable nor the cost of returning the items. Whether you have selected insurance or not, please refuse to accept any damaged or opened boxes.
