Non received Items are covered up to £36.00 from royal mail and a claim can be made to royal mail for this, proof of postage and invoice of sale will be provided to assist with claim process.

Once items are posted they are in the hands of Royal Mail. We cannot be liable or responsible for late deliveries, damage and non received items, these issues can be forwarded to royal mail

Glass/Glass-wear is not covered for damage but is covered for loss. All fragile items are packaged appropriately, will be clearly labelled to this effect and checked for damage before dispatch. Additional insurances can be arranged, but please contact us first.

For non claimed or non delivered mail returned to us, postage will need to be repaid before the item is dispatched.

Non Paying Bidders

Refund

If you feel that the Item has been seriously miss-described or faulty you can return it within 7 days for full refund, less postage.

Returns

All items are inspected before dispatch for damage and missing parts. We accept returns that are reported within 7 days of recieving the item, and as long as the item has not been used and is in the orginal packaging with instructions etc.... We will arrange collections for most items, but may require some items to be posted by yourself. Items of clothing can be returned if unsued and with tags. We will notify of you the procedure when requrired. Return postage will be be at the buyers cost.

Damages

If you recive an item thats damaged in transit, please supply us with photographic evidence of the item and photographic evidence of the packaging. You will need to kee the item until the outcome of the caraige claim.
