WE DO PACKAGE ITEMS VERY WELL AND HAVE VERY FEW ISSUES BUT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO BODY PANELS SENT OUTSIDE OF THE UK.
 
None of our items come with fitting insructions unless specifically stated. When buying an item we assume you have the corrrect knowledge and ability of how to fit an item or can give it to someone who does (ie mechanic or garage etc)
 
Unless the colour or finish of an item is specifically stated, the finish or colour of the item recieved may differ from the photos. This is normally only relevant to parts that are to be subsequently painted such as body panels or weld on parts etc.
 
Postage quoted is for Uk mainland only (excluding highlands and islands, please contact if other than this for a competitive price
All items for sale are aftermarket parts unless specifically stated otherwise in the advert.
1. Items incorrectly ordered or no longer required must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
2. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs unless it is a mistake on our part, in which case we will cover the postage costs. A handling charge of 10% (does not include postage costs) will be applied to cover a re stocking fee and administration costs.
3. When returning goods they must be well packed and in original condition and packaging.
4. Returned goods must be accompanied with original invoice or pay pal receipt and with a brief note explaining why being returned. 5. Please note we cant exchange goods or complete refunds until the original item has been returned in original condition. 6. Any painted parts or not in original condition will not be accepted as a return. 7. Please note if you fail to comply with the points as above you will not receive a replacement or refund. Damages Policy 1. All items must be checked on delivery wherever possible any damages must be noted on the delivery note or refused and sent back with the driver. If unable to check goods the delivery note must be signed for unchecked and reported to us within 24 hours. (this is a requirement of all courier companies these days) 2. We cannot accept goods back for damages if the delivery note is signed as received in good condition. 3. All Royal Mail deliveries that are received damaged must be reported within 24 hours. (as per royal mail policy) 4. Any Damaged item that is reported within the allotted time will be replaced by us wherever possible. If we are unable to replace a refund will be issued once we have received the item back. If a damaged item is returned, the costs of returning back must be met by the customer, if a claim with the courier is successful for damage then the all of the return cost (within reason) will be refunded to the customer 5. We can issue a partial refund for the damage if the buyer prefers to keep the item but we must be noted within 24 hours. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage. 6. Regarding items that are found out to be faulty we will only reimburse the cost of the item (or replace the item as you choice) and your return postage costs upto a reasonable amount and are not liable for any other costs. Labour costs etc. will not be covered
