DISPATCH POLICY

Orders placed before 10am will be dispatched same day. Any orders after 10am will be dispatched on the next business working day.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns of unwanted goods accepted providing they are returned in new unused condition and in original packaging within 30 days from receipt. The customer will be responsible for the return of the item and suggest a recorded delivery method for proof of return. No returns accepted after 30 days unless part is faulty.

Return postage costs are at the buyers expense and we will refund excluding our original outward post or carrier shipping costs. Any item returned that arrives damaged or in unsaleable condition we will inform with photographic evidence and unfortunately be unable to offer any refund.

WARRANTY POLICY

Returns of faulty goods are accepted within warranty period as stated in listing the item will be inspected on receipt and if fault is not due to misuse, you will be entitled to a replacement if item cannot be repaired.
