We have contacted the buyer to ask how she feels this gift differs from the picture. We have previously sold 112 of these gift boxes (to date) and received 100% positive feedback on them. The pictures & our extremely detailed description is precise and transparent. The buyer has not responded to us even after we offered our return & refund service.
