In all cases, please send us a message through eBay before returning any goods. We want you to buy with complete confidence, which is why we are happy to accept returns for any reason at all within 14 days of you receiving them. When we receive the returned goods, we will refund the total you paid less the p&p charged. The goods must be in the original, sellable state with un-damaged packaging. The buyer is responsible for paying all return postage costs. The above does not apply to faulty or incorrectly described goods. In such cases, we will find a mutually agreeable solution which will not incur any additional or out of pocket costs to the buyer. Some items we sell come with a warrantee. If such items break down after 14 days of receipt, we will advise the best way to have them replaced or repaired under the terms of the warrantee.
