We are an online business and do not have retail facilities. We do not offer collection of items in person, with the exception of larger items that can not be sent via our courier.
 
Please be aware that not all items have a photograph of the exact product you will receive. If it is a door, wing or an item that suffers cosmetic wear that affects its function then there will be a picture of the actual part. If it is an item whose cosmetic condition does not affect its function then it you may not receive the actual item in the photograph.
 
If the part arrives and is visually ok but you fit it and it does not work then you need to report this to
us in writing via Ebay messages within the 30 day warranty period.
 
We recommend that any returns are sent by recorded or registered delivery.
 
No partial refunds are given on any items. Should an item be found to be faulty or damaged a replacement will be sent
if available, failing which the item will be refunded on it's return.
 
All of our parts are security marked, these markings may include etchings, warranty stickers and UV marks.
We will only issue a refund for a returned part if it is our part. Part dismantling of
any of our products or removal of security markings will render any warranty as VOID with no exception.
 
We sell used second hand parts, removed from accident damaged vehicles in a lot of cases it is not possible to test parts
prior to removal. Used parts are cheaper than buying new parts from a Main Dealer. All parts are sold as untested.
It is up to the buyer to test item prior to fitting. If we supply you a part and it fails in the warranty period we are not in any way liable for any associated costs, be it removal and refitting costs, loss of business, reputation of work etc. This is the risk you take when buying used motor vehicle parts.
 
All Delivery dates are ESTIMATED and not guaranteed, only items sent out by Special Delivery offer a guaranteed delivery date.
 
All items, unless otherwise stated are sold on Global Accounting scheme, as such there is no VAT breakdown.
 
We are unable to guarantee a colour match with your vehicle on any body panels
