Terrible shop, cant give the correct sizes of the cards and then blocks you when its her mistake. Then lies about giving me a larger card at her own cost when i paid for it myself. Unprofessional person who lies.

Terrible experience, tells me the wrong size for the cards, messes my whole order up. Ignores my messages and then blocks me because of her own mistakes, clearly not professional enough to simply measure a card.

This buyer was a problem from start to finish yes we did make an error on one measurement which we quickly rectified by issuing an immediate refund. We unfortunately had to block this buyer as they repeatedly messaged us demanding that we send them all the cards they enquired about in larger sizes when this is not possible.
We accept we made a mistake however all purchases were refunded apart from the one card we supplied in the larger size at a cost to ourselves,
