Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions conducted on Ebay from ourselves. By purchasing from us you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then please do not purchase from us.
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
All website design, text, promotional emails, graphics, logos, button icons, images may not be used without our written consent.
Product Details & Images
We endeavor to ensure that all product details including size, weight and type used in any descriptions are accurate and up to date but cannot be held liable for any loss over and above purchase and post and packaging costs where an inaccuracy may occur.
All images used are provided for illustration purposes only to aid customer selection and choice. Slight variations such as colour or packaging may exist between the illustrative and actual product received and will normally be noted on listing.
Liability
We hold no liability in relation to the use and application of products. Descriptive statements on this site do not in any way replace the customer's responsibility to seek medical advice where appropriate prior to using any product nor to ignore manufacturers instructions. The information and contents on our listings are solely designed for descriptive purposes of what certain products themselves afford. Should you experience any allergies, adverse reactions, irritations or other unusual effects then we advise you to immediately seek medical advice or treatment.
We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer from third parties through any unauthorised use or access of our listings or Ebay account, nor for any problems incurred during delivery.
We use secure postal boxes it is highly unlikely that items will get damaged during transit but the recipient should not accept/must refuse the package if it looks *damaged or tampered with from postal services. If recipient accepts such a package then we hold no liability for any related problems that may occur and customer will be required to take it up directly with Postal services. *Postal service will return package to us we can then re-send after inspection.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (Sterling) and are exclusive of postage and packaging fees. Customers ordering from countries using other currencies accept that the actual price paid may vary depending on prevalent exchange rates over which we have no control.
Payment
Payment must be received within three (3) working days of auction closing, after this time we cannot guarantee availabilty of item. Identical Items from the same listing must be purchased in one transaction to qualify for free postage. Unpaid transactions will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment.
Despatch & delivery times
DESPATCH - usually within 1-2 working days unless otherwise stated.
TRACKED 24 usually arrives within 1 working day of sending but this is not gauranteed and is subject to Royal mail delays
TRACKED 48 usually arrives within 2 working day of sending but this is not gauranteed and is subject to Royal mail delays
NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY: orders are usllay sent same dayif payment is received before 10am, otheriwse despatch is usually next day.
DELIVERY- UK within a further 1-3 working days however actual delivery times are dependant on the actions of our chosen agents which will normally be Royal Mail. OVERSEAS: within 5-10 days though can take upto 30 days.
RECIPIENT MUST REFUSE FROM POSTAL SERVICE AND ALLOW THE RETURN (FOR REPLACEMENT) OF ANY PACKAGE THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED/TAMPERED WITH/LEAKED IN TRANSIT : We cannot accept any liability if such a package is accepted; As the recipient, only you can take up any related problem up with your postal service directly. (Please note we securely pack all items in postal boxes and packing chips, any damage will be due to postal service negligence).
Delayed or Missing Orders
In exceptional, unforseen, circumstances order dispatch or delivery may be delayed and we accept no liability for any loss incurred due to any such delay.
UK- although orders arrive within 1-5 days of despatch, royal mail allow upto 15 working days before item can be declared lost/missing
OVERSEAS - Although orders generally arrive within 5-7 working days please allow up to 28 working days from notification of dispatch. (royal mail allow upto 28 working days before item can be declared lost/missing)
After this period you can usually track item using Royal Mail website & tracking number provided to you on paypal or ebay messages. If nothing shows on royal mail website it generally indicates that delivery has been attempted and a 'collect from sorting office' card will have been left, if you have not received this card it is best to phone your local sorting office as this is most likely where your parcel will be.
Royal mail always allow reasonable time for a customer to collect where they have been unable to deliver, uncollected items that end up getting returned to us by royal mail will incur normal P&P&H cost (as shown on listing) and be resent therafter. Alternately returns policy applies.
All claims for non-delivery must be substantiated with an e-mail claim, stating value of order, order date, delivery address and full name. This will be submitted with any claim should the need arise
(We strive to provide you the most effective and pleasant shopping experience possible. International buyers, please note that packages sometimes get checked by customs and depending on the laws of your country occasionally it may be delayed and if they decide that fees are due, which rarely happens, we need to make you aware that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.)
Late dispatch
If an item is likely to be dispatch late then we will inform you. All products will be delivered within the permissible time allowed by Ebay.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Credit and Debit Card Security
All credit and debit cards are processed on a secure server using 128 bit encryption, they are never held in text on any website.
Our service provider for card transactions are Paypal who use the latest and best technology to prevent fraud on the internet and are recognized worldwide for sending and receiving payments online in a secure and safe way. You will be exempt us for any liability resulting from any loss of data or otherwise by the service provider
Product Guarantee
We guarantee that all the products on the website are 100% genuine and authentic and all items are quality checked before dispatch.
Returns Policy
All orders and items are fully checked prior to packaging and dispatch, and will be sent in as new/as described condition. Unwanted items/ cancellations on return an 'item price' refund (excluding any postage and packaging costs) will be provided providing following conditions are met. (We may require photos in all circumstances as described below in 1-4) :
1. Items should be unopened, unused and returned (at buyers own expense) in all original packaging including any seal wrap unopened.
2. Shipping charges are not refundable This policy includes unclaimed/refused shipments or undeliverable at the address given (This applies only if delivery charge is not repaid to resend).
3. Used or damaged products cannot be refunded. Items not returned as described above will not be eligible for a refund and we will require the customer to pay an additional postage charge in order for the item to be returned back to the customer.
4. RECIPIENT MUST REFUSE FROM POSTAL SERVICE AND ALLOW THE RETURN (FOR REPLACEMENT) OF ANY PACKAGE THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED/TAMPERED WITH/LEAKED IN TRANSIT : We cannot accept any liability if such a package is accepted and as the recipient, only you can take up any related problem up with your postal service directly we cannot accept a return. (Please note we securely pack all items in postal boxes and packing chips, any damage will be due to postal service negligence). If leakage only appears once package is opened : the item cellophane/seals should not be opened or tampered with to do so may invalidate your claim.
We should be notified of any return within 7 days of receipt and item/s must be received back by us within 14 days of receipt. Royal Mail Signed For/Recorded Post should be used (for customers own security and at customers own expense). Items not sent back by this service will not be trackable so should item get lost in post no refund can be given and buyer will need to take up with royal mail direct.
Unless otherwise stated all of our products are BRAND NEW, they are NOT either seconds or returns, and are supplied in their original packaging and in the same condition as if you were to purchase them from a High Street Retail Outlet unless otherwise stated i.e. testers.
