Q. What payments do you accept?
 
A. We only accept Paypal and require immediate payment upon placing your order. We do not accept Cheques or postal orders, sorry.
 
Q. What is the best way to contact you?
 
A. Ebay messages is the best method and is the only method that we can guarantee to respond to your question, we have staff answering messages throughout the working day. We guarantee to respond to your ebay message within 1 working day and often much sooner.
 
Q. What are your trading hours?
 
A. We are generally available between 8am and 5.30 pm UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding Public holidays.
 
Q. Do you answer emails outside of that time?
 
A. Yes, we try to within reason, but we obviously cannot guarantee that.
 
 
SHIPPING UK AND INTERNATIONAL
 
 
Q. Who do you ship with in the UK?
 
We use Royal mail for standard UK deliveries. Standard delivery is by 48 hour delivery. When you choose next day delivery we generally use DPD or RM 24 hour tracked, each item will state clearly the shipping method.
 
Q. Who do you use for standard International shipping?
 
We generally use SPRING GLOBAL MAIL's 'International post' service, which is insured. This service has a tracking number that shows the progress plus confirms the address of recipient.
 
Q. Do you dispatch within one day?
 
Yes, normally orders are always dispatched within 1 working day. We set our despatch time at 10 am but that is simply to allow for any unforeseen events, we often despatch items right thru to close of business.
 
Q. Do you send a despatch email?
 
Once posted we use ebay’s automated system to send you a dispatch email to tell you that your item/s were sent that day. Once you receive that email, delivery is in progress, and you should expect delivery within the estimated time. Please check your Spam filter if you do not see your despatch email.
 
Q. Do you automatically send UK tracking numbers?
 
A. Yes our postal software will automatically send tracking numbers through your ebay registered email address. Should you not get your tracking number, you will find it within your ebay order details once despatched. If all else fails please just send an ‘ebay message’ us and we will provide it at our earliest opportunity.
 
Q. What if my ‘Standard UK delivery’ item doesn't turn up within 3 working days of the despatch email?
 
If your item does not arrive within 3 working days of your 'dispatched' email arriving then please use the tracking number which shows whether there has been an attempt to deliver. If you are unavailable to accept the package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office, where you can collect it via the card thru the letter box. In the highly unlikely event that you do not receive your goods a full refund or an exchange will be given.
 
Q. What if my tracking number shows the item as delivered but I do not have it?
 
A. Please check if you have had a note through your door informing you that a neighbour has it, please ask your nearby neighbours if they have taken your item in, if that fails please send an ebay message and we will investigate via Royal Mail.
 
Q. What if I paid extra for ‘Next working day UK delivery’ and my item doesn't turn up within 1 working day of the despatch email?
 
A. If your item does not arrive within 1 working day of your 'despatched' email arriving then please get in touch and we will send you the tracking number, which shows whether there has been an attempt to deliver. Please note, Our couriers (DPD) deliver right up to 5pm so if possible please email the day after your anticipated delivery date.

Q. How long does it take to my country?
 
A. Customers in most EU countries receive their delivery within 4-14 working days, although occasionally it takes a little longer to some countries. Most Worldwide countries receive their items within 10-21 working days. You can find your tracking number within ebay order details once we have sent your despatch email.
 
Q. I can see the tracking number but where do I track it?

Q. How come I cannot see any tracking details when I press the ebay link?
 
A. The ebay link is not currently working to Spring Global, they are working to re link it with ebay.
 
 
Q. Can you give any indication of delivery time to my specific country?
 
A. Here are some expected delivery times of popular destinations;
 
France, Germany, Holland, Belgium...4-7 working days.
Spain, Portugal, Austria, Poland... 7-10 working days.
United States, Italy, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, rest of EU...7-14 working days
Russia, Australia, Rest of the world...10-21 working days.
 
Q. How many items are lost when sending to Europe and worldwide?
 
A. Currently we send 4-500 items per week internationally and as you can see by our feedback it is very very rare for your item to go missing. On the rare occasions where this happens we will make a claim with Spring Global mail after 28 working days and refund your money.
 
 
COMBINED POSTAGE
 
 
Q. Will you combine UK postage?
 
Yes absolutely. Most UK items can be combined by adding an extra £1.99 for each additional item on top of the initial postage charge.
 
Q. Will you combine EU / Worldwide postage?
 
We offer a small reduction for each additional pair bought. We can combine items where they are less than 2kg combined, (International postal parcel limit) when they are above that we send separately but still offer the price reduction.
 
We find that due to the complex nature of ebay, we cannot set our settings to automatically combine shipping at the best rate when you buy two or more completely different items. Please email us after purchasing multiple items together, we can easily refund any overpayment and always within 1 working day of your email. We normally use a 24 hour courier for all UK combined items.
 
Q. What about combined postage for larger EU orders, can you send with a fully tracked service at a competitive price?
 
Yes, we can send with DPD couriers. For example we can send 5 pairs combined to France for £20, or 10 pairs to Bulgaria for £35. Please email for a quote BEFORE buying.
 
 
RETURNS
 
 
Q. Do you accept Returns?
 
Yes we operate a 100% No quibble returns policy on Items returned 'as new' within the UK. We accept returns either thru Ebays 'Return your item' form or via Email correspondence.
 
Q. So, how do I send them back?
 
All you need to do is pop the return item back in the post to us, the PO Box return address is clearly stated on the enclosed sales invoice.
 
PLEASE NOTE. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU PUT AN INVOICE COPY IN THE BOX FOR REFERENCE, WITH A NOTE OF WHAT YOU REQUIRE; REFUND OR SIZE EXCHANGE.
 
Q. Where should returns be sent?
 
A. Returns must be sent to.....Peach Sport, PO BOX 287 RUNCORN CHESHIRE WA7 9AP. Please wrap them in a simple sealed bag, you can re-use the bag we send out to you if you have tape to seal it, but please DO NOT put any tape on the shoe box.
 
Q. How long does it take for a refund to be processed or an exchange item to be sent?
 
A. Normally within 2-3 working days of receipt at our PO Box. If you check your ebay order details and paypal account you should see it within 2-3 working days, however if you pay by card it can take a little longer to arrive back on your card.
 
Q. Do you have a shop where i can collect from?
 
A. No, we are an entirely online based business.

Q. Have you got my size?
 
A. Please look in the drop down size menu beneath the listing title at the top of the listing page.
 
Q. If I cannot see my size how likely are you to be getting any more?
 
A. If the size is ‘greyed out’ and says ‘out of stock’ next to it then there is a possibility we may get more in, we update the stock every few days, so please add the item to your watched items and check back within a few days. If the size doesn’t appear at all in the drop down menu then we will not have that size currently.
 
Q. Can you predict if you are likely to be getting more of any particular items?
 
A. No, we buy clearance stocks from previous seasons, so we have no knowledge of future stock, sorry!
